Today we are all struggling either due to the imposed social isolation that prevents us from connecting to people or due to the insecurity raised by this unpredictable crisis. However, the current situation is also a great opportunity to think about our lives and plan actions that can actually make us better and happier in the future. So let’s use our time wisely – it is all we have now.

The experienced business psychologists and co-founders of the MS Research & Training Academy Milda Perminiene and Sonya Dineva would like to invite you to join them for a highly engaging and interactive 2-hour on-line workshop that will help you to:

(1) Recognise challenges you are facing in life and at work;
